We lock in a pour date and handle excavation, forming, and base prep, a properly compacted gravel base goes down before any concrete does.
Pour & Finish
Concrete is placed, screeded, and finished, broom, stamped, or exposed aggregate, depending on what you chose.
Cure & Final Walkthrough
We protect the fresh concrete through the cure period and walk the finished job with you before calling it done.

Every pour is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty covering cracking beyond normal control-joint separation and finish defects under normal use.
FAQ
Common Questions
How soon can I drive or walk on new concrete?
You can typically walk on new concrete after about 24 to 48 hours, but we ask that vehicles stay off it for at least 7 days. Concrete keeps gaining strength for about 28 days, so we'll confirm the safe date for anything heavier, like an RV or a loaded trailer.
Is cracking normal, or does it mean something went wrong?
Concrete shrinks slightly as it cures, and some cracking is normal, not a defect. We cut control joints at regular intervals so that shrinkage happens along those joints instead of showing up as a random crack across the slab.
Do you pour concrete in the winter?
We watch the forecast closely and won't pour into ground that's still frozen or when temperatures are dropping toward freezing during the cure window. In the Tri-Cities, that usually means shifting outdoor pours away from the coldest stretches of December through February, or using cold-weather mix and insulating blankets when a job can't wait.
What's the price difference between stamped and broom-finish concrete?
Stamped and decorative concrete costs more than a plain broom finish because of the extra labor for coloring, stamping patterns, and sealing. We'll walk you through both options and what each runs for your specific project during the estimate.
How long does a typical concrete job take?
A standard driveway or patio pour usually takes a few days from prep through finishing, plus cure time before it's ready for full use. Larger slabs or jobs with more site prep take longer, we'll give you a specific timeline as part of your written estimate.
